A wealth of knowledge allows for careful considerations around anatomy, physiological and environmental factors, and tailored aftercare to ensure piercing healing is a smooth journey. Your appointment includes dedicated one-on-one time with your piercer to guide you through jewellery, process, and recovery. There is no rush.

Every piercing is done using aseptic technique, with all procedural items sterilised on-demand in our STATIM autoclave, ensuring the upmost surgical-grade hygiene is maintained. Sterile gloves are used during procedures. We have HEPA filters in our piercing room and clean room.
We perform daily class 6 helix tests and include class 5 integrators in every procedural sterilisation cycle. Our booking times are also longer than most to ensure that both piercer and piercee feel fully in control of the appointment. Our clients are our friends, not targets on a spreadsheet.
